    Recent data from Redfin shows that seller concessions have become more widespread in 2025, with44 percent of homessold in early spring including some form of incentive. In high-cost metros, that figure jumped to over 70 percent. From financial perks like interest rate buydowns to logistical offers like flexible closings, the goal is consistent: reduce barriers and make the offer process more appealing.
